The installation spacing of square column reinforcement clamps is a key factor affecting the stability of the formwork system, which needs to be determined according to actual construction conditions without redundant content.
For small square columns with a side length≤500mm,the installation spacing of clamps is controlled at 600mm-800mm,which can effectively bear the lateral pressure of concrete and avoid formwork deformation.
For medium and large square columns with a side length>500mm,the installation spacing is shortened to 400mm-600mm,and the spacing can be properly reduced when the concrete pouring speed is fast or the load is large.
The installation spacing must be consistent throughout the whole column, and no random adjustment is allowed;the clamp spacing at the top and bottom of the column should be appropriately reduced to enhance the reinforcement effect.
