The production process of cast steel beam clamps adheres to the manufacturing norms of cast steel structural components, with a systematic and step-by-step operation flow and no enterprise-related information involved. The core is to ensure the casting quality and structural stability of the clamp body.
First, raw material preparation:Select high-quality cast steel(mainly ZG230-450 or equivalent grades)as the raw material, conduct strict material inspection to eliminate impurities, cracks and other defects, and melt the cast steel into molten steel at a high temperature of 1500-1600℃to ensure uniform composition and fluidity.
Second, mold making:According to the design drawings of beam clamps, make sand molds or metal molds that match the shape and size of the product. The mold surface is polished smoothly to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the castings, and the gating system is reasonably designed to facilitate the flow of molten steel and avoid casting defects.
Third, casting forming:Pour the molten steel into the prepared mold evenly and continuously, control the pouring speed and temperature to prevent the generation of pores, shrinkage holes and other defects. After pouring, let the molten steel cool naturally to room temperature, then demold to obtain the rough castings of beam clamps.
Fourth,post-casting treatment:Remove the sand and riser on the rough castings, polish the surface to remove burrs, flash and uneven parts.Conduct flaw detection on the castings to check for internal cracks and defects;unqualified castings are scrapped or reprocessed. For key stress-bearing parts, heat treatment is carried out to improve the mechanical properties of the cast steel.
Fifth, machining and assembly:Use numerical control machine tools to process the key parts of the castings(such as jaw surfaces, threaded holes)to ensure the precision of the clamping structure.Assemble the processed parts, adjust the clamping gap and flexibility, and ensure that the clamp can lock stably.
Finally,anti-corrosion treatment:Conduct shot blasting derusting on the finished clamps, then perform hot-dip galvanizing or anti-rust painting treatment to enhance corrosion resistance. After anti-corrosion treatment, conduct a final inspection to ensure that the product meets the relevant standards before leaving the factory.
