The storage of galvanized steel beam clamps shall follow the principles of moisture-proof,anti-corrosion and anti-deformation to avoid damage to the galvanized layer and structural performance,and no enterprise-related information is involved.
First,the storage environment shall be dry,well-ventilated and free from corrosive gas,with the ambient humidity controlled below 60%to prevent the galvanized layer from being damp and rusted.Avoid storing in open air,rainy or humid areas,and keep away from acid,alkali and other corrosive substances to prevent the galvanized layer from being corroded and damaged.
Second,the clamps shall be placed neatly,classified by model and load grade,and placed on a dry and flat support(such as a wooden pallet)to avoid direct contact with the ground,preventing moisture absorption and deformation.The clamping part shall be placed upwards to avoid pressure and collision,so as to prevent the jaw from being deformed or the galvanized layer from falling off.
Third,regular inspection shall be carried out during storage.If the galvanized layer is found to be damaged,touch-up treatment shall be carried out in time to avoid further corrosion.For long-term storage,the clamps shall be sealed and stored with moisture-proof packaging materials,and turned over regularly to ensure uniform ventilation.
In addition,the storage area shall be kept clean and free from sharp objects to avoid scratching the galvanized layer of the clamp surface,and the storage temperature shall be controlled between 5℃and 35℃to prevent the material from being brittle or deformed due to extreme temperature.
