
The anti-slip performance test of serrated steel catwalk boards abides by unified construction component detection standards,with a systematic test process and no enterprise-related information involved.The test is mainly divided into pre-test preparation,on-site detection and result evaluation.First,pre-test preparation:select intact serrated steel catwalk board samples without deformation,serration wear or corrosion,and prepare test equipment including a friction coefficient tester,water spray device and industrial oil to simulate actual construction environments.Then,conduct graded on-site detection:test the friction coefficient of the board surface under dry conditions first,with the standard requirement of a static friction coefficient≥0.6;then spray a uniform water film on the serrated surface to simulate wet construction conditions and test the dynamic friction coefficient,which shall not be lower than 0.45;finally,apply a thin layer of industrial oil on the surface to simulate oily working conditions and detect the anti-slip performance,with the friction coefficient required to be≥0.35 to ensure basic anti-slip safety.During the test,the detection point shall cover the middle and edge areas of the board surface to avoid local detection deviation,and each test condition shall be repeated 3 times to take the average value as the final test result.In the result evaluation stage,samples that meet the friction coefficient requirements under all test conditions are judged as qualified;unqualified samples with low friction coefficient caused by serration wear or surface smoothness need to be reprocessed or scrapped.In addition,the anti-slip performance test also includes a practical walking test to verify that the serrated structure can effectively prevent foot slipping under actual operation conditions without obvious discomfort to operators.
