The reuse times of hot-dip galvanized steel planks follow construction component durability norms, with graded cycles based on actual application conditions and no enterprise-related information involved. In general building construction with mild use (low-frequency assembly/disassembly, no heavy impact) and regular maintenance, the planks can be reused for 60–80 cycles, as the intact hot-dip galvanized layer (≥85μm) effectively resists corrosion and the steel structure remains undamaged. In medium-intensity scenarios such as bridge construction and industrial plant construction (frequent handling, moderate stacking pressure), the reuse times reduce to 40–60 cycles, mainly due to slight wear of the anti-corrosion layer and minor structural deformation from repeated use. In harsh construction environments (coastal salt spray, industrial corrosion, heavy-duty operation) with inadequate maintenance, the galvanized layer is prone to damage and the steel base may corrode or deform, leading to a sharp drop in reuse times to 30–40 cycles. The actual reuse times are closely related to post-use maintenance: timely cleaning of concrete residue, repair of damaged galvanized coating and correction of slight deformation can effectively extend the reuse cycles by 20%–30%. Planks with severe deformation, cracked welds or complete galvanized layer peeling shall be scrapped and not reused to ensure construction safety.
