The fixing between square column clamps and formwork is the key to ensuring the stability of the formwork system, and there are three common standardized fixing methods, which are simple to operate and strong in bearing capacity.
First, surface fitting fixing. The clamping surface of the clamp is closely attached to the outer surface of the formwork, and the tightness is adjusted by the locking device to ensure that there is no gap between the clamp and the formwork, which is suitable for small and medium-sized square columns.
Second, positioning pin fixing. The clamp is equipped with positioning pins that are inserted into the preset holes of the formwork to prevent relative displacement between the clamp and the formwork, improving the stability of the reinforcement system.
Finally, auxiliary reinforcement fixing. For large-size formwork, auxiliary gaskets are added between the clamp and the formwork to enhance the fitting degree, and the clamp spacing is shortened to further ensure the fixing effect.
