Wear&Fatigue Resistance:Spherical graphite acts as solid lubricant,reducing friction and wear at clamping contact surfaces;high fatigue strength resists repeated load and vibration,extending service life in long‑term structural support.
Corrosion Resistance:Usually treated with hot‑dip galvanizing(zinc layer≥85μm)or black oxide coating;dense zinc‑iron alloy layer isolates air and moisture,providing excellent outdoor/industrial corrosion resistance,far better than uncoated cast iron.
Economic&Processing Advantages:Lower raw material and casting cost than steel forgings;good machinability for thread and surface finishing;high material utilization,suitable for mass production of standard beam clamps.
