The production process of reinforced ribbed steel planks adheres to metal structural component manufacturing norms, with a step-by-step industrial operation flow and no enterprise-related information involved, and the core is to integrate ribbed structures with the steel plank body for enhanced load-bearing capacity.
Raw Material Preparation:Select Q235B or Q345B hot-rolled steel plates of specified thickness(2.0mm–3.0mm)as raw materials, conduct material inspection to ensure no cracks, impurities or uneven thickness, and cut the steel plates into blank sizes matching the designed length and width of the planks with a numerical control cutting machine, with dimensional tolerance controlled within±1mm.
Ribbed Structure Forming:Adopt a hydraulic bending machine to perform integral cold bending forming on the steel plate blanks, press longitudinal main ribs(height 50mm–60mm)on both sides and transverse auxiliary ribs(spacing 300mm–500mm)on the plank surface;the transverse ribs are designed as triangular or trapezoidal to evenly distribute stress, and the bending angle is controlled to ensure the ribbed structure is firmly combined with the plank body without delamination.
Welding and Reinforcement:For the connection positions of longitudinal and transverse ribs and the plank body, perform spot welding or continuous welding with a gas shielded welding machine to enhance structural integrity;the welds are smooth and free of weld spatter, porosity or incomplete fusion, and the welding strength is tested to ensure no weld breakage under rated load.
Edge and Surface Finishing:Polish the plank edges to remove burrs and sharp corners, process the four corners into rounded shapes(radius≥5mm)to avoid scratches;for anti-slip requirements, perform embossing or serration cutting on the plank surface after rib forming, with the anti-slip structure aligned with the ribbed layout to not affect load-bearing.
Anti-corrosion Treatment:Conduct shot blasting and derusting on the finished semi-finished planks to remove surface oxide skin and rust, then perform hot-dip galvanizing treatment(zinc layer thickness≥85μm)to form a dense zinc-iron alloy layer;after galvanizing, cool the planks naturally and clean the surface to remove zinc slag, ensuring uniform and smooth anti-corrosion coating.
Inspection and Packaging:Carry out dimensional detection,load-bearing performance sampling test and anti-corrosion layer inspection on the finished planks;qualified products are classified and stacked, with anti-collision protection at the edges,to be delivered after packaging.
