Galvanized steel catwalk planks adopt national construction component dimensional norms for their specification models,classified by core structural parameters with no enterprise-related information involved,and the mainstream models are distinguished by cross-section width,thickness,length and anti-slip structure.In terms of cross-section and thickness,the common standard models are 200×50×2.0mm,250×50×2.5mm and 300×60×3.0mm,matching light,medium and low heavy load grades respectively,with the width determining the scaffold walkway space and thickness related to load-bearing capacity.The length of galvanized steel catwalk planks is customized in fixed intervals of 1.0m,1.5m,2.0m,2.5m and 3.0m,adapting to different scaffold span requirements of construction sites,and the maximum customized length is no more than 3.0m to ensure structural rigidity.All models are processed with hot-dip galvanizing(zinc layer≥85μm)for anti-corrosion,and are divided into embossed and serrated anti-slip types under the same dimensional model,with embossed models for general construction and serrated models for wet/harsh construction environments.Partial models are designed with hook structures(matching 48.3mm scaffold ledgers)for quick installation,marked with"hook type"on the model to distinguish from ordinary flat-end models,and all specification models comply with the load-bearing and dimensional tolerance requirements of construction scaffold components.
